The Lowcountry Connections Academy School Board is the governing body of the Lowcountry Connections Academy charter school. Led by an independent Board of Directors, the School Board oversees the school’s operations and ensures that it’s following its mission to help students learn and grow.
The school is operated by Lowcountry Connections Academy, a nonprofit corporation, through a contract with Connections Academy of South Carolina, LLC, to provide its educational program and other services.

All of the meetings for the Lowcountry Connections Academy School Board are open to the public and in compliance with South Carolina's open meeting laws. You’re more than welcome to attend in person and participate. Meetings are generally held at the school offices located at:

If you’re unable to attend in person, we offer the opportunity to address the board over the phone. We simply ask that you review our public comment policy. Even if you choose not to attend a meeting, our records are public and you can obtain them through a written request and the payment of processing charges as permitted by law. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available. However, our school offices are the official posting location for Lowcountry Connections Academy School Board meeting notices.
